Overview
Evelina is a children’s hospital at Guy’s & St Thomas’s which underwent an extensive expansion programme (Phase 1+) starting in 2016 – comprising a new outpatients facility, cardiac ward and provision of MRI and Radiology units.

Planancy Role
Planancy was commissioned to provide a variety of programme planning services using Asta powerproject from progress monitoring through to delay analysis and reporting.

Outcomes
As part of the project monitoring role, we provided the client with progress reports containing critical path analysis, variance reports and CE impacted programmes
