Overview
In 2011, The Bank of England undertook a major plant replacement programme at its Head Office in Threadneedle Street, London.

The work involved the replacement of a chilled water system, condenser water system, ventilation system and all associated electrical works. Work was completed in 16 phases from initial strip-out through to final commissioning in June 2011.

Planancy Role
Planancy was commissioned to provide a variety of programme planning services using Microsoft Project including commencement and close-out programmes, short timescale and look ahead programmes.

Outcomes
As part of the project monitoring role we provided the client with progress dashboards containing critical path analysis, variance reports and weekly and monthly earned value reports.
