Planancy was initially engaged by Rail for London to assist with the analysis of an individual claim on the Crossrail Programme. The team at Planancy mobilised quickly, identified the key issues and presented a robust counter argument in a clear and concise manner using a number of graphical mediums. Planancy’s scope of services was then expanded to provide for on-going monitoring of the Contractor’s performance and analysis of submitted period programmes and reports. A plethora of useful information was provided on a weekly and 4 weekly basis providing real time monitoring of contractor performance in various formats ranging from site reports, programme analysis, Key Performance Indicators and staged progress presentations. Planancy was always on-hand to support Rail for London and they seamlessly integrated with my team to become an extension of the Tier 1 Contractor.
